Art, activism and personal storytelling have always been deeply connected to the history of HIV. But where are we in 2026? And would you like to explore that together with others?
We all have multiple stories to tell. You don’t need any special skills or experiences to take part in this weekend. Through a series of creative workshops, we’ll guide you in exploring your relationship with HIV, yourself and others using words, images and creative expression.
Our aim is to create a safe, supportive space and a sense of community. By the end of the weekend, we will have shared perspectives, stories, reflections and creative work. We will work with the formats of letters and postcards that can be sent to someone, shared with the world, or simply kept for ourselves. Our stories belong to us.
Story Camp is a chance to stay in the creative process together over an entire weekend – creating, reflecting and sharing as a group. Participation is free of charge. Travel, accommodation for two nights, and all meals are included.

More information about the location, programme and practical details will be shared later, but registration is already open. Spaces are limited. Priority will be given to people who have not previously participated in activities organised by PG Väst. We will get back to you after the summer holidays.

KÄRA HIV – STORY CAMP
Konst, aktivism och personliga berättelser har historiskt en nära koppling till hiv. Men var står vi 2026? Skulle du vilja utforska detta ihop med andra?
Vi bär alla på flera berättelser. Du behöver inga förkunskaper för att delta under den här helgen. Genom en serie workshops kommer vi att utforska vår relation till hiv, oss själva och varandra genom text, bild och skapande.
Vårt övergripande mål är att skapa en trygg plats och känsla av gemenskap. I slutet av helgen kommer vi ha delat perspektiv, berättelser, reflektioner och uttryck med varandra. Vi kommer att arbeta med format som brev och vykort. Dessa kan vi sen skicka till någon, dela med världen eller helt enkelt behålla för oss själva. Våra berättelser tillhör oss.
Story Camp är ett tillfälle att vara i en kreativ process tillsammans med andra under en hel helg. Deltagandet är kostnadsfritt. Resa, boende i två nätter och alla måltider ingår. Antalet platser är begränsat. Vi kommer att ge företräde till personer som inte deltagit i PG Västs aktiviteter tidigare.
